第五條房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)及具體狀況的承諾

Article V Housing property rights and Specific Conditions of Commitment

(I) The Seller shall ensure that the house has not any property rights disputes and limited to transfer. (II) The Buyer confirm whether it has happened any wrongful death incidents ( including but not limited to suicide, homicide, death of falling out from the house, accidental death, etc.) in the body structure of the house during the holding period of the Buyer or its close relatives. If the Buyer conceals the true situation of the aforesaid matters before signing the Contract, three parties shall confirm that the Buyer has the right to ask for termination of the Contract and the relevant agreements, in case that the Buyer and the Broker sign the Contract against their genuine will due to fraudulent conduct of the Seller. The Seller shall undertake the following responsibilities:

1. The Seller shall return the total amount of the house to the Buyer within 10 working days after the date when the Buyer submits a request; In case of making payment overdue, the Seller shall pay a late fee of 0.005% on overdue total amount in a daily basis to the Buyer.
